Your new role
As a Leader of the AP Team you will challenge forming and executing AP and period close processes in the new AP unit. You will also establish a new collaborate relationship with stakeholders and thereby ensure sustainable implementation of the global processes in Europe and Russia. Moreover the AP Team Leader will be responsible for leading and coaching a team of Accounts Payable clerks, being a focal point for the total team and participating in making personal decisions regarding the team. Duties of the Leader will include also all tasks connected to AP Accountancy. You will also has a chance to go for a process transition in March.
What you'll need to succeed
A successful candidate will be ready to take part in the migration process, will have advanced accounting knowledge and at least 2 years of working experience on Team Leader position. People management experience and advanced English are essential. Knowledge of Russian language will be an asset.
